To recover your username:

1. Enter the email address associated with your student account.

2. Click on the "Find my Username" button.

3. An email will be sent to you that includes your username.

Tip: When the system is especially busy and depending on your Internet connection, it may take up to an hour to receive this automated email containing your username.

4. Once you receive your username, close this webpage and return to the catalog webpage to sign in.

To reset your password:

1. Enter the username associated with your student account.
2. Enter the email address associated with your student account.
3. Click on the "Reset my Password" button.
4. Check your email. Please click the secure link included in the email. This will take you to a "Password Reset" webpage.  As an additional security feature, the link in this email expires one hour after the email is sent.
5. On the Password Reset webpage, follow the instructions to fill in the required fields. Then click "Reset My Password." If the password has been successfully reset, this sentence in green letters will appear below the "Reset my Password" button: Password has been reset. You can return to the sign in page now
6. Click on a "Sign In" link and sign in using your reset password. You may wish to make a note of your password for future reference.
